Our experienced Program Directors begin the tour design process by scheduling a consultation with you to learn about your vision for the tour. That would include your budget, destinations, areas of interest, style of the trip (active or relaxed), featured inclusions, and more. We then put our years of experience to work for you and come up with a dream trip to match!

Coordinating a group tour experience involves a lot of details and moving parts. Our customers rely on Educational Discovery Tours to handle all the details because they know that everything will be handled with their satisfaction in mind.
Benefits and services we can provide:
- 24/7 Trip Leaders with you throughout the tour, serving as your local specialist and ensuring you get the most out of your experience
- Flexibility to build your itinerary and allow as much or as little free time as you desire
- Transportation aboard a safe, comfortable, modern motorcoach (or van) operated by a courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable driver.
- Meals (optional) – Can include breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at a restaurant that is carefully chosen to both fit your budget and satisfy your tastes.
- Admissions to all activities and attractions featured in your itinerary
- Hotels are carefully chosen to match your budget and taste
- Accounting and individual invoicing to group participants! We can handle all the money collection from the individual participants in the trip so you don’t have to! Travelers can pay the trip price in affordable monthly installments, and will be billed on a schedule determined by you and your Program Director.
- Trip Protection – We are proud to have partnered with industry leading travel protection providers. Upon enrollment, each of our tour participants will be provided with Travel Insurance information in order to protect their investments.
- Safety – The health and safety of our travelers is our number one priority. EDT partners only with vendors who go above and beyond in ensuring safety & cleanliness.
